  • We always ship climate neutrally.
  • We ship with the environmentally friendly shipping service of DHL and Deutsche Post GoGreen.
  • We ship daily from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
  • The shipment is always tracked (tracking code).

What does shipping cost?

The shipping costs listed below only apply to end customers (consumers).
Separate conditions apply for business customers (resellers, therapists). Please send us your inquiries using the following forms:

  1. Shipping costs within Germany

    3,95 € - from a value of goods of 50 € free delivery

  2. Shipping costs abroad

    The costs for shipments abroad vary. You can find the shipping costs for your country of delivery in the information below under point 4.

  3. Possible additional costs for shipping to countries outside the EU

    If your order is shipped to a country outside the EU, we would like to point out that additional costs (e.g. customs duties, taxes) may be incurred for your order. Such costs are neither paid by us nor invoiced by us, but are to be paid directly by you to the responsible office or customs or tax authorities. Please enquire with the relevant authorities if necessary.

    • Long-distance parcels worldwide: €39.95 - fixed price, for deliveries up to €1,000 € - all other orders subject to further prior verification
